Shipping policy

At Torres Collective Co. DBA Taino Leaf 1400, we take pride in carefully packaging and delivering your cigars.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Subscription orders (Cigar of the Month Club) process automatically on the billing date.

Shipping Restrictions

• We ship only within the United States to locations where cigar shipments are legally permitted.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Adult Signature Required

• All shipments containing tobacco products require an adult signature (21+) and valid ID at the time of delivery.

• If no adult is available to sign, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a secure facility.

• Additional fees for missed deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Shipping carriers may vary (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

• Rates are calculated at checkout.

• Promotional or free shipping may be offered at our discretion.

Delivery Times

• Standard shipping is typically 3–7 business days after processing.

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

• Once an order is scanned as delivered by the carrier, Torres Collective Co. DBA Taino Leaf 1400 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

• Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

• We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address and tracking your package.

• A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
