7. Refunds & Returns
• Due to the nature of premium cigars, all sales are final.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos).
• Store credit or replacement may be issued at our discretion.

8. Subscriptions (1400 Cigar of the Month Club)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to billing.
• You may cancel at any time before your billing date.
• No refunds for partially used subscription periods.
